Since 2011, Beverly Enterprises, LLC is a family run business offering Personal Assistant Services, Arizona Notary Public and Loan Signing Services as well as Legal Assistant Services.
With Arizona Notary and Loan Signing Services, we offer mobile notary services all throughout Yavapai County. Notary and loan signings are easy and accessible for our clients because we are able to come to you no matter where you are and at the time when you are most available.
Beverly Enterprises, LLC values accuracy, dependability, honesty, integrity, ownership, reliability, trustworthiness, and privacy. We guarantee this with every agreement and we back it up by branding our family name to this business.
The Woman behind the business
Joanne Beverly has extensive experience in the operational function of small and large businesses in several industries. She has expert knowledge in all MS Office processes and has trained people in the software on all levels of experience. She is a believer in continuous improvement and evaluates, recommends, and implements process improvements that will provide efficiency and ease to her clients. Joanne has the technical knowledge to create "smart" templates and macros to ease clients' redundant tasks. She has the academic background to assist in tax organization/preparation and business analyses.
Her Arizona Notary Commission is through 2025 and includes digital and remote notarization certification. She is a certified Notary Signing Agent with additional background screening through National Notary Association. She has extensive knowledge of all types of loan packages and customers feel comfortable with the easy flowing signing experience Joanne provides.
She has obtained an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate through UCLA Extension and a Masters Degree from Pepperdine in Legal Studies and Dispute Resolution.
